We went by car and stayed there to visit Lucca and Pisa, they are a 25-30-minute distance. The room was big, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and Silvia (and her staff) was kind and attentive. I recommend this B&B if you want a starting point by car and explore around but want to avoid busy cities.

Hi, we were travelling by motorbike and stayed at this hotel for one night, but I would definitely and happily return to this hotel for a longer stay. Super staff , special huge thanks to Elio for his responsiveness, help and kindness. The location is great, the rooms are cosy, clean and quiet. We were offered a more comfortable room and more spacious than the one we had originally booked. This is a huge plus and such attention is very rare. We were very pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, they don't write about it on Bpoking, it's like a bonus from the hotel. The hotel is great, I would love to come back again ! PS : Elio thank you again for your help ! I wish prosperity and great success to your hotel ✨

Very close to the airport, although you can’t reach it on foot, but it was not a problem, we payed 7 eur., and in 5 min we were there. Extremely clean, no noise - very good sound isolation. Downstairs there is a super restaurant, we could never expect that in such a location we will find almost Micheline (or even better) steaks and meats and a very cosy garden. Truly recommend to everyone, who has early flights!! A real unexpected gem!
