We were given a warm welcome by Grazia and her lovely daughter Simona ( who speaks excellent English). They helped us book a wine tasting and dinner nearby which was wonderful. The place felt like a home, with a well stocked kitchen available to us ( stocked with snacks and beverages), lovely outdoor grounds with lots of places to sit. Unfortunately we had cool, cloudy weather, so didn’t enjoy the pool. Grazia and Simona brought us breakfast foods to order - abundant and delicious!

Armando might be the most wonderful person in Italy. The house is lovely, great views across the Ionian Sea to Calabria. A comfy living area to lounge in. A cozy kitchen to have a caffè and chat with Armando. We went trekking on Etna, toured around the mountain, and had apertivi in Taormina. His house is located near everything. He’s a real gem, full of interesting ideas about what to do and where to eat. We were sad to leave

Being on the property is relaxing and peaceful. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Our villa felt private and romantic. One of the highlights was the morning breakfast spread — a beautiful selection of local fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, eggs, jams, honey, juices and a smoothies. They also offer fresh baked bread, pastries, and cakes. Meals at the restaurant are simple with preparations that feature the quality of the fresh, local ingredients. We also took a pasta-making class, taught by the chef, which included a visit to the hen house to collect fresh eggs. We visited in early May, the weather was cold and rainy, and the property was still beautiful. You can tell it would be an absolute paradise in good weather.

Beautiful setting with gorgeous views of Mt. Etna on one side & the Mediterranean Sea on the other. However, what makes the place special is the wonderful staff. Front desk Sara organizing, and her mother doing some (not all) of the cooking & baking. Tasty treats served with a laugh and a smile by this wonderful family! Loved it.

    Stunning place between the sea and Mt Etna. Sara and her family do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ideal location to visit Taormina (nice city!) and Etna. Dinner is very good. You can have breakfast and dinner outside if you want to. We had a nice, clean room (also a little fridge) with a beautiful view. Bathroom has everything you need.

    The hotel location and views were outstanding. The facilities, pool area and parking were all exceptional. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful and polite. Hotel was very clean and definitely recommend. Looking forward to go there again!

    Breakfast was good. The hostess asked every evening what we would like for breakfast. In the fridge, drinks and fruit were available all day. Also the coffee machine was available permanently. Coffee from it very good. The location was quiet. Halfway between the sea and the volcano. Ideal base for travelling around the eastern half of Sicily. Car is necessary. Property beautiful, newly renovated. Pleasant environment. All new. The hostess is very helpful and accommodating.
