Properly Manager/Leighton Reid was great in assisting with the issues. However I feel these matters should have been addressed before arrival. Property was okay

Everything! The location, property and staff are all exceptional! Property is well maintained , rooms are clean and amazing views. We stayed in the charming Villa 1 that was close to the hotel’s amenities and were well taken care of by the staff there. Having our private pool was great! From Check in to Check out you are given 1st class treatment. Meals were amazing. Chefs Martin and Marvin are outstanding Chef’s and catered to our needs. A truly memorable experience for our family! This was our 1st visit as a family and my husband and I third time. Round Hill never disappoints!
