We enjoyed very much the massage, the spa facilities and the pool area of the hotel.
All the staff is very friendly and supportive.
We had a room in the spa area, with a great view to the Dead Sea and wonderful sunsets.
We recommend going to the beach, have a swim in the Dead Live Sea, apply some mud, let it dry, wash it off in the sea, apply exfoliant and wash it off. It was very relaxing and good for the skin.

This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea.
This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea. There were no places of entertainment for tourists in the city. Of course, being close to the Dead Sea has its advantages. There are many interesting historical sites in the vicinity of this city, which are definitely worth visiting, but since public transport is not available, be sure to consider the lack or inaccessibility of public transport to tourists. That is why it is important that you also rent a car before booking a hotel here, so that you can visit the sights in the vicinity of the city. We applied to a car rental company and were very satisfied with the professional service, and I would like to share my experience with you. If you would like to rent a car, I leave here the phone number of the manager Zaid, he is an expert in his business and will support you unconditionally for car rental throughout Jordan +962797918921

Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa.
Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa. The breakfast was not worth it. I would give it 4 out of 10 for cleanliness, 7 out of 10 for attentive staff, 8 out of 10 for pools and access to Dead Sea. Spa facility 4 out of 10.
But sunset over Dead Sea was 10 out of 10.
Don’t eat at the poolside Aqua Bar.

The town is quite dirty, there is plenty of rubbish on the streets. Options of restaurants is quite limited, although Beit Sweimeh is so good that ypu won't need anything else. Booking reccommended to not move around too much without the guide, although we felt quite safe even on the late evening walk.

The visit to Salt Beach was an exceptional experience for us. The beach was windy and the Israeli Border could be seen towards the horizon. The salt deposits look amazing and it is quite an experience to see the saltiest water body on Earth!

Great location.
Great location. Few meters access to the Dead Sead, free mud and shower facilities. There was the end of Ramazani and they have organized plenty of activities for the children ! The children really love it ! Great place for children generally ! The host very polite and professional, kept goodies for us in the fridge. Reasonable price taking into consideration the facilities, services and the location.
We were here for 3 nights of our honeymoon and it was truly magical. The staff tried their best to make us feel special and looked after. Everyone is very professional and kind. There is so much about this hotel to like; the dead sea location, the several pools. the spa facility, and so much more. I want to mention Dana from the customer service for her great room upgrade and giving us a late check out for free the last day!
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever espicially imad he was so lovely and professional and he was a good first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional
It was a nice hotel, with a beach within walking distance but also a shuttle bus option. Also a nice big pool with a poolbar. Enough breakfast options.
