The location is just breathtakingly amazing. We were the only occupants of the entire facility. Yet, everything was well maintained, everything was clean and working. There was a very well equipped gym with sauna available. Mr. Hani was our host who was v v cooperative. We paid for the dinner which was too much for us, but it was fresh.

The hotel is in the prime location, just a stone's throw away from Petra's visitor center. We arrived midnight and checked very late. Mr. Thaer was very polite and professional. He made sure out check in was quick so we can rest after a long day's trip. Great rooftop pool overlooking Petra. All staff were friendly and helpful, Mr Mamoun welcomed us during breakfast and Yasin was very king enough to give us a parcel of pastries and boiled eggs to munch on our way to our next destination.Customer service in this hotel is superb!
