We had a great experience staying at Motosu Phoenix Hotel. The hotel itself is spacious with many rooms, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, both for dinner and breakfast. The onsen is on the smaller side, but still very enjoyable and relaxing. There’s also a game center and free soft drinks available, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and worked well. One of the best things about the hotel is its location, just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Lake Motosu. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Highly recommended!

The most wonderful place I’ve ever been. Totally loved the hotel. The view is amazing: to the lake and mt Fuji. Very relaxing place full of nature and without crowds. The staff were extremely kind. We felt like home. The hotel had onsen, sauna, ping pong room and a beautiful terrace. You can rent bikes or kayaks! Also the rooms are super comfortable and very Japanese traditional which makes it even more beautiful.

A hot spring bath is available for guests. The accommodation features luggage storage space and a shared lounge for guests. Featuring free private parking, this 2-star ryokan also features free Wifi.
