I only have positive things to say about the staff at this hotel. A gentleman greeted me so politely. He knew exactly who I was. I was frustrated due to being lost by following Google Map directions. This kind man was so understanding. He excelled at customer service.....a big hug to that gentleman.

Hot-spring baths and massages can be enjoyed at Nakanoshima, located a 5-minute ferry ride from Kanko Sanbashi pier. Traditional Kaiseki dinners and rooms with views of Nachi Bay are featured.

Amazing place and the most beautiful onsen I have ever visited. The location is calm and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The food was very good but given the standards of the hotel could be even better. Great offer of free coffee, ice cream etc all day. Very good ferry service that is included and frequent. The room was spacious and very nice to stay in. The staff were really great and helpful.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and speak english. Even those that struggle to speak english still try to help as much as they can. Everyone is friendly and good. The room was amazing. The onsens were amazing. Probably the best place we’ve stayed at and worth every penny.

I loved the open air bath. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and with a beautiful view towards the sea. The hotel is a bit remote, so all the surrounding area is very calm and quiet. And the breakfast was delicious, the best we've head in Japan. ❤️

Very near the fish market, like right next door. I could see it from my room. nice and cozy futons and toilet.
