Convenient location, comfortable, classy hotel. Professional and helpful staff. We would stay here again.

This is our second time with Fav Hotel. We stayed at Fav Hotel Kumamoto last year and we had a good time. So. I decided to choose this hotel Chainoi again. Excellent choice for family with small kids. Comfortable beds with enough space to move around. The room feel likes home with washing machine and small kitchen. The bathroom, which has a special function to dry our clothes after washing, is quite cool.

Even it is not just beside Kawaramachi eki but ~5 min walk is fine. Breakfast is wonderful.

- The location was good - Parking availability

the room was spacious for a Japanese city the information provided at lounge was very useful Like the space I have to hang clothings

Room is not disturbed unless asked for cleaning or after every 3 days.

Clean, good staff, great location.

Good location. Only 5 min away from downtown area and airport bus stop.

The facilities are excellent. The capsule is big enough. Even though i was staying in a capsule, i didn't feel at all deprived or missing out by not staying in hotel room. The place is absolutely clean. Which shows how hard and diligent the staffs work to keep it clean and immaculate everyday. Wifi internet is strong. Fridge, microwave, dining room available for use on our floor. What more does anyone need?

We love the breakfast at Dormy Inns and the on-site onsens. They are a predictably great Japanese chain!

Very accessible to convenient stores and restaurants. Shops are also nearby for shopping.

The onsen is great with free ice blocks, Yakult; and free ramen every night.

Old school but really great value and amazing breakfast

One of my favorite hotels in Japan, super convenient location next to JR Takamatsu Station and the Pier, with views spanning out onto the Bay there.

Everything is great. The manga room is surely a plus. As well as the public bath. Room is clean, but the pillow is too soft.

The hotel is near the beginning of the shopping street, and near a train station.

Good location close to shops food ferries and transport

This is a truly luxury experience. The staff are exceptional. The decor reminds one of the art deco cruise liners of the past. The breakfast and food offerings in the evening are scrumptious. The location is very near the local train station so getting around is easy and interesting. I have stayed before and return to Takamatsu for the pleasure of this facility.

The hotel is a little older (I haven't been to a hotel with a literal room key in years) but it is well-maintained and the staff were very friendly! Great value for the price!

Good price, tidy and clean. TV with YouTube. Good facility.

Close to a local station, a 7-11 and popular shopping area. Modern hotel security features. Great breakfast!

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Close to shotengai.

Great location, 15 min walk to train station and 5 min walk to shopping arcade. Our room and common areas were sparkling clean. Pajamas, kettle and fridge in the room. Coffee and tea provided on the main floor along with coin laundry and a microwave. Staff friendly. It’s a newer hotel so everything fresh and well maintained.
