It was ok silent, clean and comfortable place.

Beautiful views, great location, really nice staff, huge bathroom with a full ish tub

A wonderful place to stay for three nights in Osaka. Good size room, very clean, very professional staff. 9th floor is the lobby. A 2nd floor connect to the transport station. Happy hour free drink tickets at check in were appreciated, plus small gift choices of bath salts or facial mask. Fridge n foot massager in room. Cityscape view. Comfy bedding linen. We were able to walk to a lovely peaceful shrine across the street. Nearby is Spa Suminoe, where I tried the different hot baths out one afternoon. I purchased a discount ticket to the spa at the hotel lobby desk. A difficult pair of Onitsuka Tigers for my dear grandson were tracked down successfully in Osaka due to helpful staff in 2 stores added to overall feeling of a special stay here. Everything so nice, I would stay here again if ever in Osaka.

The hotel is in a great location, only about a minute walk from the train station. Even though the hotel is next to a train line, it was not noisy at all. One thing I really appreciated about this hotel was that even though I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping left a bag on the door with fresh towels, plastic bags and a robe. I also liked that there were many washing machines available on the first floor as well as a 7/11, supermarket, drugstore, sushi restaurants and more nearby. This was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great place! Little far away, i had to take the train and bus, but it’s only 30th min to the city. Would stay again! Not sure what the negative reviews were about?

The amenities were perfect - the room had everything you’d need

The staff was incredibly kind, and the breakfast is amazing, with unlimited refill options! The staff also keeps the luggage in the case the guests arrive before check-in time

I stayed here for Osaka Auto Masse. The hotel is right next to the event location which was super convenient. There is a Lawson at the bottom floor which was convenient. Also, the hotel offers a bus service that can take you directly to the airport which was super awesome. Staff and friendly are really accommodating even in non front desk hours (3AM).

Great location, very close to Sakai Station. Beds were extremely comfy. Staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful when we asked for directions. Room was very warm. Many izakayas nearby (we visited a different one every night). Mall was within walking distance.

The coziness of the place and it's accessibility.

The fresh made breakfast everyday was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, specially one girl in the front desk. She booked our taxi for the next morning to the airport, and she made sure we were being taken to the correct airport by confirming with the driver in person. The rooms were cleans and clean towels were left on my door. It’s about a six minutes walk to the train station and also there are several restaurants on the way.

Breakfast was excellent open from 6:30 perfect for busy people. There was a public bath and Laundry machine which was nice. Kids loved that there were many manga books!

Staff were very friendly even with the language barrier! Very respectful and kind people. I 100% recommend this hotel, location was amazing only a short train to namba station, facilities around hotel were great, will stay here again

We really liked the breakfast. Not only was it free and you could choose whether you wanted it from your TV in English, there was a little team of ladies running it who were lovely. They also had a live feed on your TV of which washers and dryers were available. The rooms had a nice big clock, which we appreciated, and the Japanese bidet toilet and other amenities. The staff didn't speak English, but were very friendly and helpful with us. The shopping area nearby was fantastic not only for food and shopping, but had lots of garbage cans, which are hard to find in Japan these days.

Good view. Convenience. Easy to access public transportation Have nice and clean gym. Have laundry room
