Within walking distance from the station. plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is large enough to open two large suitcases. Room is very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Large variety to choose from. One of the best breakfast in a hotel I have had.

Quite nice modern hotel right next to the station. I have enjoyed the onsen which had two different types of bath with different temperature, which was very good. There is also a sauna and cold water cool. The bed was super comfy and we had a good rest. Wi-fi was fast enough for voice calls. Will be my default hotel option if we go to Niigata again.

Very convenient location right by the main Niigata station and Shinkansen and buses to access the rest of the Niigata city. The breakfast was excellent and had many fresh local speciality’s and both traditional Japanese dishes and western foods. The station is also right near a hopping izakaya district with cheap drinks and great snacks, and the close proximity to the hotel means that it’s 3 min walk. We were worried that the trains and downtown area would be loud but the hotel was well insulated from outside sounds, and we only occasioally hear our neighbours through the walls but overall very quite and we had a great sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn't have an umbrella and they gave me one for free(it was raining🥹) The onsen was really nice. Free half serving of ramen and free ice cream bar was nice too!
