Well located near the Ginza Onsen area . It’s a 10 mi it drive by taxi or public transport. The room has everything you need from amenities to basic kitchen supplies , kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge and washing mashing . Super specious room can accommodate a large family . Private toilet and shower with amenities cold/hot water and SUPER CLEAN. Confortable beds , a/c and air purifier. So basically you get it all for a good price . Host is amazing . They are they for you with super fast communication and support . Smooth check in process with friendly staff who shows you around and provides you with all details about the property . You are provided with supplies for next day brakefast and they even pamper you with a delicious ice cream on arrival . They place is a KEEPER. You just need to plan property your time table if you wanna move around with public transport since it’s limited in the area . Don’t be fooled about the looks of the façade since it’s a small property

The Hotel is just right next to the train station. This is the closest to the train station hotel we had ever experienced. Being Murayama is a simple and quiet town, we still could get to Lawson convenient stores by walking. The serenity and mountains surrounding the hotel is marvelous. The breakfast quality and the public hot bath facility provided by the hotel made our stay so satisfactory. Definitely recommend this hotel and Murayama stay if you are visiting Ginzan Onsen or places in Yamagata by train or car.

Everything was perfect. The staff were accommodating and very gracious. The food was excellent.

The staffs are amazing, they are super friendly. If you dont bring towel, you can rent it for 100 yen (sadly i didnt know and i bought the cheap towel somewhere). It's super clean and spacious, you can still have your own private space. The breakfast were amazing, I stayed 2 nights so I had bagel & rice set. Its super close, only 6 station from Murayama sta - which good transit place if you want go to Ginzan onsen.

After staying at this hotel I will now exclusively stay at this particular chain “Route Inn” from now on. I enjoyed absolutely everything they had to offer. The on site onsen was so comfortable. The relaxation room was always kept clean and the vending machines fully stocked. The location was very convenient for my family and friends.
