I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! 1. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. 2. The service was outstanding—staff were incredibly accommodating with our transportation schedule and impressively strong, helping us carry multiple pieces of luggage! 3. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, offering great advice to ensure we had the best rest possible. Overall, I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable stay near the airport. Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality!

Very satisfied with very clean, comfortable and panoramic bay views, especially the good experience with clear and fresh air conditioning. And we was able to enjoy shopping at SEACLE, riding Rinku no hoghi, enjoying Japanese-Style Dish/Set, and taking a walk at Seaside Garden. It was a hotel very close to Kansai Airport, so it was nice to be able to relax and prepare for the next trip and leave in the morning.

Felt very fancy after a trip of smaller private stays and rooms. Plenty of space with the beds, comfy and had a large bathroom. Staff were excellent and check-in was easy. There is an onsite restaurant but there was a private function the night we were there and the breakfast buffet was not very large. Not an issue for us though as there were three convenience stores nearby (3min walk) where we got dinner and breakfast. Very close to the train station and the staff held our bags from check out to 6pm as we had a late flight. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor and the view was amazing over the city and only 2 short stops to the airport the next day. Certain floors also had bag scales so you can check your luggage weight prior to leaving for the airport in case repacking is needed.

Our big room for 4 person at the corner of 36th floor is big , with excellent view of town, many big thick window glass. The bathroom room is not so big but convenient with toilletres. Usual TV with japan channel. I think the gym and onsen were closed during our stay at the end of June,2023. The staff can speak good english. 1 hour subway to downtown Osaka. During check in,they asked if we need free shuttle bus to airport
