Staff was friendly and spoke English. Good location with many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Amenities appeared clean but the room was a bit small. If I had to stay in Narita again, I'd likely return to this hotel.

    The hotel added a gate and put protectors on all of the corners of all tables for our one year old. We also got to enjoy the last bit of cherry blossom season in the parking lot. Overall, great stay.

    The hotel was good value for money. Close to the airport, comfortable beds, large bathroom, good breakfast, free car parking, convenience store on-site. Cupboard was large enough to store 3 very large suitcases. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had read other reviews saying it was noisy because of the close proximity to the airport, but it’s not the case. It’s very well sounded proofed. Hardly heard any planes.
