I spent one night here. I had my own little room and everything was perfectly clean. At night it was very quiet and comfortable. When I first entered the room there was an issue with the toilet but after 5 minutes someone came and fixed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from the train station on foot. It's a bit more expensive than what I usually pay while backpacking but considering it's near the station in a big city, I think it was very good. There is a conbini attached to it and there is also a huge supermarket 5 mins away. I highly recommend it. Great value for money!

The property was renovated by the owner, very clean and well organized. The owner family is super kind and friendly, I stayed on my birthday and they came back next morning to see me out with celebration! That was such a lovely experience.

Great place in a quiet town. Would need to take a bus or train from Uwajima. Schedule is not regular but easy enough to navigate. Space is large and very well thought out with sleeping room, hang out lounge and nice kitchen with table and chairs. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great place to base for walks in area. Huge bonus was Izakaya down the street. Super refined and tasty. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place in a beautiful location. The owner, Jin, is very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The place is absolutely spotless and well-maintained. Having the bar downstairs is an added bonus and the food and drinks were great. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the scenery.

Excellent location just off of the henro trail, minutes away from a supermarket (?) with plenty of things to eat and drink. Comfortable space, quiet, private, with a great bath. Laundry facilities likely available upon request.
