Best stay ever. We felt at home, in family. An incredible welcome and the whole stay was exceptional, with the best food in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend it, everything is 10 stars. The facilities were outstanding — so much so that we decided to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer, from the beautiful pool to the incredibly clean and comfortable room. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was not only delicious but served in a calm and peaceful atmosphere, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast was exceptional as well, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. But what truly set this experience apart was the kindness and generosity of the General Manager. We found ourselves in a difficult situation, unable to find transportation to Ella. He personally drove us there in his own car. This incredible gesture went far beyond anything we could have expected, and it's something we will never forget. He was incredibly kind, warm, and generous. We had the pleasure of speaking with him about many topics — he was funny, insightful, and genuinely caring. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This was the perfect stop over on our way to Arugam Bay from Sigiriya. The hospitality was top notch! We got breakfast and some advice on a few things we wanted to do. The rooms are very clean, hot showers!, and comfy bed.

My wife and I spent two days at Rainbow Villa in Mahiyangana. It was a very nice accommodation. There were large rooms with beautiful fresh air conditioning. There were several special places that could be visited on foot from the accommodation. This accommodation had a beautiful kitchen. There were all the ingredients to make tea. This villa had the ability to cook food. We also got clean drinking water. The washroom in this villa was a place where we could clean our minds. The water in the bathroom was also good. There was hot water in the bathroom. The Mahiyangana Rajamaha Viharaya was within walking distance. Since the Mahiyangana Sorabora Lake was located very close to this villa, we were able to take a bath. The owner of this villa was very humble and kind and provided us with all the facilities we needed with a smile. We had good security. We got the food we needed very deliciously. The past two days are a beautiful memory that will never be forgotten in life. We will come back to Rainbow Villa soon. Thank you for all the hospitality. We recommend Rainbow Villa as the best place to get accommodation in Mahayanganaya with confidence.
