We took the camels out to the camp. We took a break in the middle and got to take pictures and play on the dunes. Very fun. We were greeted with tea and a snack. Dinner was amazing and sooo much food. They even made a delicious vegetarian tagine for us also. The tent and beds were very comfortable. Lots of blankets and even berber cloaks and slippers. Even decent wifi and a surprisingly hot shower. The staff here are incredibly nice. Overall an unforgettable experience.

Featuring a restaurant, garden and views of garden, Tassili Luxury Desert Camp is located in Merzouga, 6 miles from Ghost town. After exploring all the options, we are glad that finally we chose Tassili Luxury Desert Camp for our stay over other desert camps near Merzouga, as the overall experience has been EXCEPTIONAL. The team at the Tassili Camp are superb and they have taken best care of us from the moment we’ve arrived until we sadly had to leave. The tents are huge and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Due to the power backup, there is always electricity and availability of hot water. We were greeter with Moroccan tea and cookies on our arrival and food options for breakfast and dinners were varied and great. All the dishes were pretty delicious and well cooked. Every evening cultural program offered authentic experience around the fireplace with music which was fantastic. On our second day we have decided to do a desert tour. Our guide Hassan was very knowledgeable, attentive, fun and provided us with the most fantastic tour around the area. It was way better than we expected! They also offer camel rides at sunrise and sunset. Watching sunset on the dunes was just magical! I would really like to thank everyone at Tassili Luxury Desert Camp for creating great memories for us and we cannot wait to come back. I would highly recommend the camp to anyone looking for an exceptional, superb, deluxe desert experience in Morocco!

What a lovely lovely surprise my friends and I got when we reached the camp site at Sahara Desert. The tent was spacious, well-laid out and had a flushing toilet and also hot and cold shower! The beds were plush and the tent was very well-maintained. The people tending to us - Hamid and team were great entertainers and tended to us with so much patience and care. They also served great food and went out of their way with our needs. They were also great with sandboarding and got along very well with their guests. We even requested for a special picnic in the Sahara with exploreing the area of the Sahara desert which is so big and they did just that for us. You will not regret splurging your money here

I had a wonderful night staying in the dunes of merzouga and spending night in standard night with private entrance and bathrooms inside my tent,I enjoyed doing Camel riding experience in the depth of desert highly this area is recommended Make sure to check out fabulous desert camp one of the most beautiful camps in merzouga
This hotel is amazing, when we arrived and walked out on the terasse we were just shook by the unobstructed view of the dunes just like it was part of the garden. All the other hotels in the town have high walls around them. At Kanz Erremal you can chill in the pool, have an amazing dinner or breakfast looking at the dreamy landscape. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, with airconditionning and the staff is adorable and super helpful. This place is a gem, I’ll remember this experience forever!
I stayed in a beautiful new Boutique Hotel in Merzouga . Desert Villa MERZOUGA is an amazing propriety owned by Youssef. I highly recommend this place. They are very friendly people and the food is great. They can help you to arrange the camel right and night in a nice luxury camp
Upon arrival at Erg Chebbi, we were greeted by Barak who drove us to the camp in his Jeep, and the 30-minute journey across the sand dunes was a spectacular adventure which we didn't expect. Once we arrived at Palmyra Camp , we discovered a whole new world! Our tent was magnificent and elegant with a king size bed, hot shower and western toilet...all the comforts! We were served a multi course dinner which was outstanding, followed by evening entertainment around the campfire. We all joined in with the dancing and singing before the camp lights were switched off so we could clearly see the night sky. You get to see millions of stars and that makes you feel like you are part of a fairytale! It was as if we were on a whole different planet. I feel that this camp is very unique, not only because of their quality customer service, but also the remoteness of its location as well as the small size, with only six guest tents. We loved everything about the Palmyra Camp and would definitely go back there again!
a beautiful city near the desert with lots of activities. Beware of scammers who ask you to pay 5 times more when you arrive such as: "Desert Planet Camp Merzouga", you must ask before arriving for a balance sheet of all the charges provided, the transport between merzouga and the tents must not exceed 30euros for 5 people (round trip), the car tour in the desert must not exceed 40euro for 5 people. I recommend "Mustapha Camp Merzouga": 60 euros per night for 5 people (Dinner and breakfast included)
Merzouga it's small town with very beautiful restaurants and cafe and and shops of tradition berber clothes ... , And what is more amazing there is the nice and helpful peaple . And next of this town are the most amazing sahara desert witch you can have and excellent experience by camel or ATV quad , or 4×4. , And have beautiful sunset and sunrise , sleep in desert camp it's one of the best experience that anybody comes to merzouga can do it , I recommend ,ERG NOMAD CAMP, it's amazing camp you can really find you're self in the place that you come for , There are more activitys to do and see more things if you could have more time in this beautiful place ,
Merzouga
Best luxury camp is excellent! Above any expectation! We had a big tent like a large room, a very comfortable bed, toilet and a shower. Clean, comfortable, great quality of food in abundance. The staff is very polite and helpful. At night, after dinner, we danced and we played the local instruments. The experience with the camels is unique. You definitely have to live it even if you are not the most adventurous person! We went with the camels and came back with the jeep. I highly recommend this place.
Merzouga
Our stay at Luxury Camp Chebbi was just wonderful! You have an option of camel or SUV to get to this remote spot. It isn't a choice really, I mean how could you not take the camel?! The ride there was well over an hour by camel and we enjoyed ever minute. We saw an amazing sunset (TIP: The best sky is after the sun dips below the horizon so stick around), had a wonderful time listening to live traditional music by the fire, had a great dinner and breakfast and were rewarded with a wonderful sunrise.
Merzouga
This trip was great! The scenery along the route was beautiful, the many stops were unique and fun, and the dunes of Erg Chebbi were amazing. Riding the camels was so fun and my pictures are beautiful. The hotel on day 1 was better than expected. The luxury tent was great but I definitely could’ve survived in the normal tent. Had a van full of about 15 people from all around the world. Great to meet and hang out with fellow fun travelers. I definitely recommend this trip!
Merzouga
The location is excellent; down a very quiet street in the town of Merzouga, close to a bit of shopping and not far at all from the desert. The rooms are spacious, with nice bedding (actual sheets!) and attached bathrooms. The courtyard is very cute, and the house is extremely quiet. One of the best nights of sleep I had on our trip. The fossil tour was a lot of fun, and the lunch in the desert was delicious and good value.
Merzouga
a honeymoon under the moon in the middle of the Merzouga desert: magical moments in the colors of the desert and the smell of spices. The calm and the light of this place combining luxury, refinement and beauty are exceptional. In the middle of the desert, a hot shower, a bed for a dream night with impeccable service. If you want to live a jasmine-scented fairy tale like us, quickly discover this place.
Merzouga
great stay in desert camp under stars: the camel/dromedar ride, the sunset on the sand dunes, sand boarding (take a steep part of the dunes though), the music around the fire (we could play along), the dinner (best food of our trip!), and the beds which were perfect looking at the circumstances (middle of desert Merzouga). It is all quiet comfortable actually. Real recommendation. 100%
Merzouga
you are not going to a hotel or a camp but you are going to live an experience. so far this was the best day in Morocco. they are super organized, you can really trust them and choose what you want to do without any kind of pressure: we chose to ride the camel on one way and do the quads on the way back. Grazie for making this so special for us!
Merzouga
