Amazing experience. We loved the heated pool and the fitness club, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, and the pastries were honestly the highlight for us. The staff also surprised us with a cake for me and my wife, which made our stay even more special.

A beautiful complex of villas with well decorated large size rooms. The interior design is absolutely stunning with Moroccan artistry. We loved the huge pool and the hospitality of the entire team. We even were greeted by the owner who made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. The restaurant serves delicious food and the waiter Daabi was extremely polite and friendly. It was a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the medina and we enjoyed the sound of the nature waking up each morning. We recommend this palace to families and solo travelers. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the Zaytounay team!

Our family, including a toddler and an infant, stayed at the Pickalbatros Sungo and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel not only exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding quality of service. The guest relations team contacted us even before our arrival to ensure all our preferences were taken care of. Throughout our stay, every staff member we interacted with, from reception to the restaurants and pool areas was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made a huge difference as we were traveling with a baby. Our large family room was quiet, spacious, and equipped with everything a family might need. It made our stay incredibly comfortable. This hotel is absolutely worth visiting. If you’re heading to Marrakech, don’t hesitate to stay here. We will definitely be returning.

We had such an excellent time at Palais Mirage. We spent two nights there, the junior suite was clean, cozy and comfy, the bathroom was spacious and nice. The breakfast was great, you could order a fresh Msemen, crepe or omelet. Especial thanks to Afan who made sure that our stay is prefect, and Meriam at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff as well.

Overlooking the Atlas Mountains, this hotel is set in 10-hectare grounds, which include 3 swimming pools, landscaped gardens and a small lake.
