A very nice hotel, offering splendid views. The staff is super friendly and kind. The hotel is not directly on the beach, but close enough to a very nice beach (about 5 minutes walk). We liked very much the live entertainment in the evenings, it brings special atmosphere to the place. The food was good and diverse. We enjoyed relaxation under the numerous palms around the hotel, as well as the wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Good value for money. We would gladly visit again.

House was beautifully decorated and very homie. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Mazita, the house keeper, was very sweet and accommodating. Lovely grass area to chill and enjoy the view.

We stayed here for a week. We all enjoyed our stay. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. They always go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is immaculately clean and very well maintained. Fresh healthy breakfast is served every morning. Hot shower, comfortable beds, AC, daily housekeeping, internet too is available. This place is highly recommended. Plus there’s a swimming pool too.

    La Koquillishe is located between two excellent restaurants : La Case a Poisson and Tino's which have incredible food for reasonable prices. Not to be missed. Also, La Koquillishe has a taxi service which is extremely efficient and correctly priced. Ask for Patrick.

    A bit beaten town, lots of drunks and abandoned houses. There are some nice restaurants around (Chez Tino, Green Island Beach Restaurant) and places to visit (Île aux Cerfs, GRSE waterfall), but overall not to stay for too long.

    The village is charming, easy to go on the boat to other islands. I recommend a visit to Ile aux Cerf, you can relax or do some sport e.g waterski, swimming. By boat to GRSE Waterfall. Take a BBQ lunch to one of the other island there.

    It is a great location to see traditional Mauritian life.

    It is a great location to see traditional Mauritian life. A few minutes bus ride is the unspoilt beach at Palmar. It is the best beach we have seen on the island. The reef is close to shore and the water is crystal clear.

The free boat excursions were a lovely bonus! the food was delicious, the head chef had a great smile….the staff always made a huge effort to be helpful…. We have been in Mauritius for 5 weeks and our two night stay at the tropical attitude was the best. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.. Thank you all !!👍❤️👍
