The breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable, it’s very close to the bus station.

In ispite of that the hotel is terrible the room was clean, beds ok.

It was very comfortable and peaceful we enjoyed staying at the Grand Via Hotel , thank you.

Beautiful room, good size, friendly staff

Great courtesy and professionalism.

Beautiful place, quiet, nice pool. 10-minute ride from downtown, and main plaza. Friendly staff, nice bed. Hot water. I'd describe it as peaceful. I stayed there as I went to a weeding 5 minutes from the location.

The persons at reception really did not know what to do. In my opinion the links between the Booking.con internet site and the Ramada internet site don´t communicate properly or the reception personnel did not know what to do

It was very clean and the staff was the most welcoming and exceptional people.

The hotel lacks a reception desk with hotel hours. it is a venue for weddings and other events. It has staff during the afternoon and a gym within its building has staff who can call to bring a staff member to assist one. It has a beautiful garden and pool with sculptures and the two-story units with bedrooms over a kitchen and living room are well suited to events. The decor in the housing unit had style and beauty.

The pictures didn't do it justice and no one mentioned how affordable and amazing the food was. Or the bluetooth speaker ceilings. This is an amazing space the items provided in the room the rainfall showerhead and the super polite quick and quiet staff was a well needed rest for me.

The hotel was great. It was in a perfect location. There are parts of town I wouldn’t have discovered if I wasn’t in the location I was.

Close to the place where I had an event
