My first booking was a regular room, which I have already rated. I decided to extend my stay and upgraded to a better room (thanks to Booking.com - seriously the rate was practically the same and I got a bigger/better room with a jacuzzi!). That basically says it all! The room was bigger and nicer (doesn't mean the other wasn't nice, it just means this one was one step up, okay 1,5 steps up!). I enjoyed my stay at the Zapotlan Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, it is centrally located - perfect for me! Wifi works, it was clean, there was hot water in the shower - all good! Quite a few nice cafes and restaurants in walking distance. A few places where you get freshly squeezed juiced! Just behind the main cathedral. Or on the weekend there was a market, I ate from the street vendors - very delicious!
