The accommodation for dogs is inaccurate.
The accommodation for dogs is inaccurate. After showing my email and proof the front never asked if we had a dog we were kicked out. The front desk women lied and denied saying she asked if we had a dog. My dog is a medium size dog. To them that is a large dog and they would not let him stay. My only complain was the pool being closed.
My only complain was the pool being closed. We could go out by the pool to relax but weren't allowed to swim. Other hotels we have stayed allowed guest to reserve pool as a group. But here it was just not permitted. Other than that the hotel is awesome.Guest review byManuelUnited States
