Authentic, quiet, in front of the sea, very good food, scuba diving centre in one of the hotels building. If you expect luxury this is not the place, you live the sea and you touch the nature. You have private parking. The location is strategic, between Tulum and Akumal. Food is great even if a little expensive compared to other places in the city.

Very nice, clean, spacious, new room. Super comfy bed. Our week at Siente was amazing. There is a good restaurant and the pool area on the roof top. Excellent view over the jungles. I lived they have a space for yoga classes and yoga matts. They cleaned our room every day, gave us towels for the beach, very good value for quality at such decent price.

Interconnecting rooms were perfect for our small family. We loved the pool areas and the beautiful jungle setting. Staff were really well trained and made a real difference. Hotel felt a super high quality. My children loved the daily folded towel creatures that our wonderful cleaner left. Breakfast was really nice everyday. Link to the beaches through the lovely Parque del Jaguar. The concierge Alexandre was amazing and gave us so many tips for our holiday - it really made it for us.

I absolutely loved this place. I had looked at several similar options, but this one really stood out — it’s located right next to a wide, beautiful beach in a peaceful area by the natural park. It’s also just a promenade away from the historical ruins and pyramids of Tulum. I stayed in two different types of bungalows, and each one was unique and absolutely incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The location of the hotel is A+++, as long as you like privacy, safety, tranquility. Too far from Tulum to walk, but we didn’t mind. This place is magic! Super friendly staff, always helpful. It’s not a 5 star luxury resort but it makes up with so much more. Almost private beach with picturesque pier with hammocks, amazing! We stayed for 11 nights and we could have stayed longer. Restaurant is very good, pricing is correct, terrace looking out on the beach, some nights live music.

I love how quiet it is when it comes to staff intromission, I mean, one can see their job is done in an excellent manner, yet you never see them, but they seem to appear only when you need them. BLISS! The whole place is meticulously maintained and clean. It helps that it seems to be a relatively new building. The location is great for "Tulum Pueblo". Good restaurant attached, same staff, very nice all of them. Good WiFi nice back patio / garden. Awesome co-working space.

I had an absolutely perfect experience at Mezzanine: from its location right on a white sand beach, to the gorgeous room, a beautiful open air restaurant that serves tasty Thai and Mexican dishes to amazing staff. It’s an ideal place for a brief and luxurious getaway. Special shoutout to all the staff members from Orquidia and Jacqueline at the front desk to everyone at the restaurant, who made my stay pleasant.

The receptionist was very very helpful with all our needs, very polite and friendly. He was sincerely helping us to arrange the rest of our travel and giving nice tips regarding places in Tulum. Realy above any of our expectations. The room was not very big but clean and we had everything. The was a security guard, so we also felt safe. Thank you so much guys for hosting us!!!

Mereva exceeded my expectations, I absolutely loved my stay here, I immediately felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Theres complimentary soft drinks, water and coconut water in the in room mini fridge and gets topped up daily. Theres also a cute little cenote about 1min walk from the hotel. If you want to explore town, do make sure you have a rental car, otherwise you could get stung for taxi ride of 450mxn each way. All in all, I would come back again.

So many trees and plants in the lobby and fantastic daiquiri at the sky bar. They were so kind and allowed us to leave our luggage prior checking in and also checking out, lending towels and anything we need even before our stay.
