The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. Use this hotel if location is very important, but expect average quality and average service only.

I came here to hike Gunung Pulai and stay a night. A few places I went to for my meals and they are superb. I find the people at the hotel I stay in and the folks I met when hiking Gunung Pulai to be so friendly and helpful.

It has a working elevator which really is a plus point here when you are travelling with elderly people. The room was comfortable and linens were clean and smells fresh. Water pessure is 5 star. Staff are friendly and helpful. Family Mart and CU is walking distance. Terrific location. No car honking noises at night.
