Quality furniture and furnishings. Beautiful view over the shopping precinct, trees and parkland. Lovely breeze coming in the windows, perfect for early summer month 👏 Stairs were steep and difficult with luggage but once we reached our room we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely, clean and luxurious it felt.

The room was rather expensive. Hotel miss managed my reservation and only had one night instead of two. The service in the restaurant was attrocias. Took forever to be waited on, I had to ask for the wine card 3 times before I finally received it. The waitress said she was busy as an excuse but it was more her unprofessional service & attitude.

Everything you need you can find here and also plenty of bicycle routes are available to nice places in the surrounding. Travelling through Germany/Poland/Lithuania/Latvia, Venlo is our 1st stop after the tunnel and last stop on the way back to the tunnel. So a good comfortable stop is essential Bilderberg Hotel has now taken over as our preferred stop

Venlo is a beautiful city , i really loved the architecture and the nature . It was a wonderful time spent. Next time i'll take more time to walk around and explore even more. It is a very neat and clean city my eyes liked it.

Lovely rooms, excellent bathrooms and showers. Rooms are air conditioned which was wonderful considering it was over 30 C. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the city. Parking is easy and free. Good views of the river. Food is excellent, choice of formal restaurant or bistro, both superb. Breakfast is extra but well worth the cost. Would thoroughly recommend Hotel Valuas.
