Spa pool and fire place were fantastic as well as the breakfast, Awesome interactions with the farm animals. If you want to experiance life on a kiwi farm then this is your spot. P.S. An excellent property with breathtaking views that are worth the visit alone. The added touches, like the cosy dressing gown's and fireplace, made the stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect setting for relaxing and close to the many cellar doors North Canterbury has to offer. The property had everything we needed for our 2-night stay, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

Our stay in the wine pod was absolutely unforgettable! We had just one night, but it was a perfect blend of fun and relaxation. We arrived at Georges Road Winery in the afternoon, checked in with our gracious host, and then took advantage of the complimentary bikes to explore the nearby wineries (two of them are just a short ride away). We enjoyed a delightful tasting at Georges Road before settling into the wine pod, nestled right on the property with stunning views of the vineyard. The wine pod is beautifully appointed—everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, the outdoor soaking tub was a real treat, and we loved sitting on the patio with a snack and tea, soaking in the serene surroundings. We also took advantage of the option to have food stocked in the fridge, as there's a grill available, and the meal was absolutely delicious. The breakfast offerings were equally charming, with local delicacies in adorable packaging. Kirk and Allison have truly thought of everything—down to an assortment of their wines in the fridge, making it easy to enjoy a glass and settle up upon departure. Highly recommend this incredible experience!
