The location is walking distance to everything and on a charming former campus. Breakfast was lovely with many options and delicious coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful, without exception. We even used the gym, which is small, but we had it to ourselves.

The apartment was so nice, modern and clean. All the amenities like Nesspresso machine and things that just added that little extra to make the stay extra nice. Beds were comfortable and showers were soo nice. Washer in unit was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Christchurch. Also the location was incredible. Close to everything.

The entire property itself had a modern and minimalist design with a giant smart TV and full equipped kitchen. All in all It was very comfortable stay. The owner/ staff was very responsive and helpful. Location wise a 15 minutes walk to city centre.
