This is a great place if you like hiking.
This is a great place if you like hiking. We hiked into the forest, across the mountain to Boquete, and just around the local area. The local busses are great, really frequent and easy to use. Next time I would take the bus down the road a bit to cut down the distance over to Boquete as that hike was a bit long for us. I loved Cerro Punta!
I loved Cerro Punta! It's a great town tucked away in the mountains with a mild climate and lots of birds and other wildlife. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a small town and so there aren't many amenities, and the ones that exist aren't always consistently open.Guest review byZacharyUnited States

The breakfast was fantastic. I had scrambled eggs, ham, French toast, coffee and orange juice. It was all excellent and served by order by a nice waitress. The room was very clean with nice hardwood floors. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh. Our room had a beautiful view from the nice little sitting balcony. The hotel is 46 years old.
