I was expecting a charming Latin American city.
I was expecting a charming Latin American city. Instead we found a poor copy of Las Vegas with the emphasis on gambling in Casinos. Crossing the border from Chile to Peru was a nightmare standing in line in the sun for over an hour. We had to return to Chile mid-trip for a day and decided not to cross the border 3 more times so remained in Chile.

She also took care of the breakfast in the next morning anticipating it to allow us to leave early in the next morning. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and the access to taxis and transportation in and out of the city was fine.
