Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa
