This is one of the best hotels in the city. I've stayed there several times and the staff recognizes me and my family. We are treated with respect a courtesy. Also the best restaurant in town is on the 4th floor. The food keeps getting better every time I eat there. If you are an American, European, or Australian, you will be comfortable.

The entire place was a hidden gem. We did not expect that this place was as beautiful as what you see in their pictures. Expectation vs Reality = 100% met! The staff is friendly and nice. They are very accommodating. We checked in late, but they still accommodated and assisted us. They even offered to order food from their cafe (Cafe Buenaventura) for us and they delivered it to our room. The food itself is wonderful and tasty. The serving is American size so each meal is meant for 2-3 person. The price is reasonably fair. The room was big enough for our overnight stay and clean. We also had parking right beside our room. Which is nice because this means we do not have to think about security.
