My wife's parents were traveling and stayed in your hotel. They were really excited and enjoyed their stay. A big thank you to the staff. The room was nice, clean, and tidy. It is next to the airport which in our case was really important. Highly recommend.

The host is very attentive and very nice to talk to, it's quite easy to get there, the location is very convenient, 10 min by taxi to the airport (+the host offers an airport shuttle for 50 PLN), and the owners left sweets, which was very nice 🥰 the shower is clean, everything is clean. There is a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a kettle for brewing herbal tea, cutlery and other kitchen utensils - which is very good, and the price is also nice! I'm very glad I stayed, I'll definitely come back again if I have the opportunity 🙂 Book it - you won't regret it, i loved it :)

Close to the center. Walk for 15 mins or take a tram (60m away) and take 2 stops to reach center in 5 mins. The sleep was so peaceful. There was no sound and it was very quiet. There were 4 people in the room. 2 slept upstairs on the loft. Both the bed and loft were comfortable. A small backyard with seating space to relax or dine is you wish. Can parking is available for 40ZL per night. For car park, go straight from signal and turn right immediately after bus stop. Someone from reception will come to open the gate to car park each time. Bonus: reception had very nice coffee candies. They were a delight each time we passed by it.

    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening.     We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

    The amenities are excellent.

    The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

    The room was fantastic, incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. The staff were wonderful and the hotel, while small, felt very premium with a very nice lounge. It was a perfect location as I was flying from Krakow Airport the next day which is a 10 minute walk down the road, they do offer a shuttle bus as well. Overall I had a very comfortable last night in Poland for my holiday and it was the cherry on the cake of an amazing holiday.

    A wonderful hotel. Very clean and modern. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They collected us from the airport to the hotel and took us back when we needed it free of charge.We would definitely stay with them again and can highly recommend the AirPark Balice hotel to others.

    I really liked that the hotel is very close to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. The venue is absolutely perfect for weddings — beautiful surroundings and great spots for taking photos. The staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay, and everything was exceptionally clean.

    Very convenient location by the Balice airport with frequent shuttle to the airport. We had a flight early in the morning and an express breakfast with sandwiches for the road was fantastic. Coffee was excellent. Hotel is super clean and comfortable, very comfortable beds.
