Breakfast was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

A grand experience in a grand hotel! The room had really everything we needed, the bed was like a cloud, bathroom had selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, vanity kit and body lotion. The room looks regal, that it really felt like we travelled in time and had an experience of older times. Access to a beautiful spa with a garden was really worth it as well, especially after a couple of days hiking in the mountains. The staff was very friendly and professional.

I do really like my stay in this hotel. Very nice and helping staff, variety of delicious food for breakfast/lunch etc. and good location near the railway and bus stations that makes your transportation easy to each hiking locations.

A very cozy hotel with amazing breakfasts, with own SPA&Pool, parking. Very good staff, we really want to come back again!

Location of this hotel is really good and allows you to walk to all must see places in town. A big parking lot behind the hotel is great to leave your car and enjoy Zakopane. Staff if super friendly and there are many couches throughout the hotel so you can hide and enjoy a book or a little time outside the hotel room.

Everything is perfect. The staff were very helpful. The room is clean and the hotel has wonderful mountain view. Breakfast was very tasty. It's 20–30 minutes by car from the hiking trails. It's a nice, easy walk to Gubałówka, and then you can take the mountain train to Zakopane.

Perfectly located just steps from the Main Street, with a conveniently accessible bus stop nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and accommodating, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. Our favorite was the jacuzzi and sauna room! The bed was comfortable and they set up the sofa bed for us as well - a wonderful stay!
