This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff went out of their way to help. The food was good. It was the perfect retreat to write, relax and treat myself.

Spa - big plus and very good breakfast choice.

We loved the location and how friendly the staff was. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The location is great - 200 m. from Hala Spacerowa and the central Zdrojowa Street. The room was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The dinner was great. The waiters and the entire staff were very friendly. The paid parking lot is spacious enough.

We absolutely loved the place! It was spotless, and the receptionist welcomed us with a big smile and was incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic too — easy access to the ski resort and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend it!

Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the pool ans other Spa facilities. Cleanliness. Great breakfast.

Outstanding breakfast buffet. Balcony was a pleasant addition. Free on-site parking. Comfortable bed, pillow and blanket. Everything clean.

Amazing place for family with children. Simply awesome!

I've travelled with my family (wife, kid, dog and inlaws) and we are looking forward to staying there again in the summer or next winter! It's great for a long weekend getaway! Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful! Also dog-friendly, our dog had a little cozy bed and bowls! Besides that, we had option to take her with us to breakfast and dinner, which was good to include her on our activities. Rooms: SUPER clean, modern furniture, design and good quality appliances. Fully equipped kitchen. Restaurant opening times, quality of the food was superb and a variety of options: definitely worth breakfast and dinner! The pool infrastructure was nice, options for kids, and also an adult-only time at the end of the day. Jacuzzis, big screen, warm water,... There is always something to do, many of which are family-friendly, you don't need to leave the hotel. The ski-lift is literally across the street.
