Staff is exceptional!! Great made to order breakfast. Free shuttles to other places. Location perfect for all access. Canoe House their restaurant bar is happening with free live music and a local karaoke that has much talent. Scott and his staff arranged many excursions and treated us like family. We are coming back to Palau Central!!

Airport pick up and drop off was great, despite them being at late night/early AM. Really courteous and professional staff. Loved the breakfasts. All Chinese food but I love Chinese food, so it was great. Many choices. They didn’t have an ice machine on the property, but they went out and got me ice when I asked for it.

kind staff(They provide services to ensure that I am satisfied with the requirements with smile) They clean every day. They’re trying to reduce plastics, it’s so impressive. If you’re vegetarian, you can have some fruit, salads, stir fried vegetables(different everyday) and rice porridge.

The staff are all very accommodative, friendly and very helpful. They definitely gave above and beyond service. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We are so grateful and thankful for them. Our stay was definitely enjoyable and it was easy to get around the nearby locations as it is very accessible with lots of restaurants by the bay and convenience stores nearby with amazing spots to hangout. I would definitely recommend this place.
