The room was the most comfortable one we have stayed in in Encarnacion. We have stayed in at least a dozen other hotels; we often travel to the city for the weekend. The luxury room has a real Jacuzzi tub, which is one of the only ones we have encountered in all of Paraguay. They have a heated indoor pool too, which was a great bonus on a cool day.

Lovely hotel, my room was comfortable and clean with good a/c, wifi worked well. All the staff is super-nice and helpful and the breakfast they serve is delicious. And they also have really cute (and friendly) dogs! The location is perfect, easy walk from the main terminal, but also close to the river and the centre. I felt very safe in the hotel and in the area (as a solo female traveler).

Breakfast was a very nice array of offerings, and on our second day we were served individually, with a very personal touch. Much more than anticipated, almost more than we could eat, a very pleasant surprise. The staff were extremely helpful with travel tips and advice. Laundry service was much-appreciated! It was a very nice location, right next to the Sambadrome and the Costanera--easy access to quite a variety of restaurants

The room and hotel was big enough and had everything. What I liked most was that there was a water boiler to make tea in the room and on the 10th Floor, there was a top restaurant. The staff was super nice.
