Very clean room, friendly and helping staff. A special thank you to the nice barman Jerome, Radisson Hotel is very lucky to have him. Also not forgetting the staff on the rooftop bar who goes out of their way, very nice ambiance.

very welcoming hotel personnel I think we even got to meet the owner who also offered to drive us to the airport as our flight got moved one day further I was more than happy to work on the balcony where there was a little table and a cozy spot our little one also enjoyed the view from their terrace and kept looking at the passing car a nice little spot for eating sits just around the corner from this hotel add to this that the hotel is only 15 min from the airport and you've got a pretty good deal forgot to mention that the place was very clean which we really appreciated for our baby daughter

Good location. Good value.. The lady at the front desk in the daytime was extremely helpful .. she spoke english.. gave me a great restaurant recommendation... held my reservation when my flight made it in the next day...and she helped me when I had to stay an extra night.. appoved a refund when the room was double booked on the booking APP and the property. Breakfast was basic but good...

I stayed in a single room. It had a double bed and a balcony with a table and chairs, with a view over the swimming pool. The bathroom has a strong shower! There is a TV with channels from mainland France and La Réunion. There was no kettle, but I think this is common for most hotels in La Réunion. The location was fine, it is just outside the city centre, but there are enough facilities around the hotel for eating and shopping. Some reviewers have commented that they felt unsafe in the area. I do not know why they felt unsafe, it is a residential area and I felt perfectly safe. The hotel is a very easy walk from the hotel to the Jardin de l'État and Rue de Paris. Also an easy walk to a bus stop for the airport (St Jacques). There are two big supermarkets near the hotel, E.Leclerc in Rue Monthyon and Carrefour in Rue du Bois de Nèfles. There is also a patisserie and a café with daily lunch just across the road from the Carrefour in Rue Bouvet, very convenient for lunch and coffee. The hotel is very reasonably priced and the staff are wonderful. My flight arrived very early (6 am), but the hotel has a luggage room, where I left my luggage for the day. There is also a shower room that early arrivals can use, which was very convenient. Some other reviewers have mentioned a lack of soundproofing, but I did not experience this. My room was quiet and I did not hear noises from surrounding rooms, which were all occupied. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a no-frills hotel, but it offers great service, comfortable rooms, a good location and the staff make you feel very welcome. All at a very reasonable price.

Facilities were clean, immaculate, Surprisingly, the dorm was very comfortable, clean and safe. My 1st time staying overnight in a mixed dorm, a little hesitant at first. Ladies, don’t worry.     Shocking staff. We will not visit again. We stayed 4 nights in Tulip Inn hotel nearby and it was amazing experience despite being small. But we made mistake to stay in this hotel. Not value for money. They spoiled our holiday because of poor customer service experience and unfriendly staff. Absolutely lost words

    As I visited Reunion many times I can say the island is...

    As I visited Reunion many times I can say the island is wonderful. Waterfalls, ravines, often erupting volcano, excellent beaches. St Denis is a base for discovering it by easily renting a car at the airport. The city is for work or nightlife. The prices are higher than in neighbouring islands. The higher the accomodation price the better value you get.

    The place can be easily reachable for anyone and a lot of restaurant and shop around which gives you a very big choice. The atmosphere is cool and the people are very friendly. There is also a nice place to relax yourself at the barachois.

    It is an extremely clean area and people are very pleasant and helpful. However, the cost of living is relatively high and shopping may not really be an option unless you want to buy branded items. Wrt transport, taxi service across the island is quite high, so you can use the bus as transport medium which cost €1.30 for 2hrs (can be purchased with the bus driver directly). Alternately, renting a car is also a good option as in some areas of the island, buses come every hour. The network operators (sfr, orange, etc) are extremely expensive for tourists and can only be purchased in the operators' shops.

    Saint-Denis is the capital of the island and is OK for a day...

    Saint-Denis is the capital of the island and is OK for a day to acclimatise to the island, there are many restaurants and shops, and the "Jardin de l'Etat", the city's botanical garden, is very nice. But there are no beaches or many touristy things to see. I would definitely not recommend staying there for the rest of the visit, but rather going to the West of the Island with the amazing beaches and easier access to the hiking in the mountains.

    We spent only one evening at the hotel and couldn’t really take advantage of all the facilities. The property was pretty chic and well designed. Our window view was great and the 5th floor terrace seemed cosy. We had some fresh tea and water in the room which was highly appreciated after a long day.

    The room was as per the description: clean, with the mentioned amenities and with a very comfortable bed. There was a very welcoming lady who seems to be the owner and it is well situated in the city centre of Saint-Denis next to a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, a local market, etc.

    It is the second time I stay in the area because I like left bank, walking distance to Notre dame. The breakfast is great and value for money. I like most is the hotel have renovated and nice and clean, staff very helpful. Next to the hotel, there is a nice busy restaurant.
