It was a little hard to find down a side street but parking was excellent and staff very friendly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

The room has new furniture, a tv, AC (no remote, but we turned it on manually), clean sheets and towels. The receptionist was very nice. Also soaps and shampoo in the bathroom. It all looked better than when we visited before.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with a really wonderful restaurant. The staff were especially helpful.

Pentru ca nu am fost atenta cand am facut cazarea, am avut o surpriza , placuta pot sa spun. Daca esti in cautarea de conectare cu partenerul, este locul perfect!

Room 5 at end of ground floor hall. Good floor space

I mean, it’s a boat that’s a hotel that has a restaurant on the Danube. And includes free continental breakfast with great coffee

Location, cleanliness and staff was very helpful

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent location.

Good location - just before the Danube river border if you need to go to Romania. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious. We were with our Tesla - they prodived us even with a small charging station for over the night.

Great place to stay. Our room was on 10th floor with amazing view. Free parking for guests. 2 restaurants - one on the ground floor, the second one in on the top floor with panoramic view. I stayed with family 2+2. Beds were very comfortable. 2 bathrooms, one with bath and second one with shower fully met our needs. We even used minibar, as pricing was acceptable. Breakfast was super and checkout before 12:00 made our morning non-stressed.

Location is everything! Close to all the restaurants and cafes.

The receptionist, Simion, was exceptionally friendly and kind. Although the charging spot was taken by another non-electric car, he sincerely apologized several times and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill.

Good location. Decent breakfast. Good condition.

One of the friendliest and most helpful staff! They kindly helped before and after our reservation. Once again, thank you very much! For its price, the hotel was really comfortable. Had a lovely breakfast.

Svetemeer (my spelling) was great and speaks English like an American. Great breakfast. Loved the Love room. This is truly a family run hotel.

Great location, in the middle of everything. Great value, nice staff. Even a cool little balcony.

The people from reception are nice and well intended. Somebody did a great job in making the bathroom: the shower's jet hits a wall, not the toilet, not the door or who knows what. Also, the shower floor has a good slope angle so you don't end up in a pool after 2 min. Hats down for this since so many fail at this mission! There are many TV channels, even ones you wouldn't expect to find at a hotel :)) It has a backyard where you can safely park your bicycle for the night.

The clerk at the front desk was the first person in 5 bulgarian hotels that seemed actually friendly and curious about why we were in Bulgaria. He smiled and engaged us in conversation beyond asking for our credit card and passports And yes the other 5 hotels had front desk staff that spoke good enough english to make up for my lack of Bulgarian beyond hello and thank you. We have learned that "bulgarians are not very good at customer service", he definitely was. The room had high ceilings and a wonderful balcony to sit and people watch

The location was on the main street, with plenty of restaurant options and being easily walkable to everywhere in the center and riverside. The staff was nice and helpful. There was hot water and room heating all the time.

The room was very nice. Very friendly staff. Great and tasty breakfast. Excellent location - in the heart of the city center.
