The staff was extraordinary, especially Sergei. We arrived an hour late, but he was there to greet us. The hotel had no other guests that night, as Devin Castle, the attraction that draws visitors, was closed that day. Regardless, Sergei opened up the kitchen and made us dinner, allowing us to order what we wanted from the menu, with wine and even dessert. In the morning there were still no other guests for breakfast, but the staff had prepared the full range of breakfast buffet options. Extraordinary!

Nice location in a great town on the Danube bike trail. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Nice place and clean and quiet

Rooms were spacious and very high and clean. You could see the Danube from where we stayed, so an extra plus. We had two double rooms communicating between them and each had it's own shower that was a big bonus when one comes back after a hot day of traveling. There is an elevator that is very useful when you check in or out and have to carry your luggage. The location is next to a historic tower inside the walls of the old city, so reaching different local landmarks is very easy. They also have a restaurant with good food and a nice atmosphere.

Very nice and roomy property.

The hotel is located in a nice part of Bratislava, away from the main city center, but a short Bolt/taxi ride away. The nearby surroundings were a nice neighborhood for walking and several small communities could be explored on foot. I really liked the views that my room had from the balcony, I enjoyed the spa/wellness center, which was clean and felt luxurious, and the restaurant on site had an excellent breakfast and a very good lunch menu too. I also liked that the staff was friendly, multilingual, and professional. The staff was more than happy to help me learn more about Bratislava and they also helped me find a Catholic mass at a nearby church. Thank you WX Hotel for making my stay relaxing and enjoyable!

It is a new hotel near the Autobahn D2. It is modern in all respects. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was superb. We had a well-equipped extra-large room. The hotel is near the bus/trolley stop, so you can get to the center by public transportation.

Location was perfect for cycling. Restaurant downstairs very good food. Staff was super friendly. Quiet and bed comfortable

Ladies from reception were extremely nice, polite, helpful, and pretty as well. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, and delicious. Everything was excellent!

Just what I needed on my transit through Bratislava. Perfectly easy to find, nice parking, excellent staff, pleasant, relaxing and clean spa, wonderful breakfast + easy to get to downtown by tram 42 (10 min).

Clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Good parking.

The hotel is amazing from the moment you walk in until you leave. Staff is amazing very helpful. The restaurant was great and very reasonably priced. The bus stop is right outside the door that takes you to the old town and Castle in 10 minutes.

Hotel is excellent, great location, helpful and communicative staff, clean, great facilities, amazing view.

Very good hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Good location when traveling with car.

Great place. wonderful owner who took the time to talk and speak Deutsche nice and slowly and clearly.

Very friend staff spoke fluent English and advised. Close to Kraj supermarket and right at bus 44 or 47 into town which connects to bus 61 to airport.

We did not ordered the breakfast. Due to walking distance from the medical center in Kramáre hotel Brix was for us the best choice.

Very clean and great location.
