Staff was warm, welcoming, and hardworking and the food was delicious. Great vibe as everyone was happy to be there and considerate of others. Only 50 yards to the beach and property was kept very clean despite all the sand that was tracked in. Wifi in the shared spaces was fast and could hold up on facetimes and screensharing calls.

Great food, breakfast filling and very good. A little on the expensive side but everything I tried was delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful as well as attentive to any needs. Hot shower with good pressure in clean bathroom. Bedroom was clean, and comfortable bed with privacy curtains. Swimming pools clean inviting with wonderful views. Beautiful beach with great soft sand . Natural all around with many beautiful plants and trees. Really enjoyed the stay and definitely recommend.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Taquillo, Shalpabay - Rooms is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

I loved the location and how close it is to the beach. I also loved the view on the balcony. The host was amazing and so sweet and very helpful. She helped me find good places to enjoy food, a beach view, and nature.

In spectacular tropical gardens, the Maya-themed Royal Decameron Salinitas is in Los Cobanos. It has 5 pools, including a saltwater pool, and direct beach access.
