It’s really good. The staff is so nice, welcoming and talkative. The beach is just across the road, nice restaraunts to the left and right of the hotel. Room is great - big and comfortable and has some nice features like a little outdoor veranda which is accessed by the back door at the room.

I was checked in very late night and reception was very welcome with smiling face. Thank you Miew for warm welcome . Also we got an upgrade to suite room , the room was good for a couple . Highly recommended !!! Lastly thank you Mai and Fah who were farewell us upon check out, we’ll be back again for sure !!!

TwinPalms - Surin beach was fantastic. The biggest outdoor pool we came across during the whole of our Thai trip. The bar and breakfast menu was great. The gym was amazing - biggest gym we had come across too including steam and sauna. The free shuttles to all the different restaurants and bars nearby is an absolute bonus too. Surin beach 1 min across the road was absolutely beautiful too.

beautiful… honestly we have been to many properties in phuket, all luxury but this one stands out. it’s own private beach sets it apart. especially during high season you want a private beach. this is hands down best hotel. be prepared to walk stairs. we enjoyed it because it was our workout at times.

    Surin easy access incl car park if you are self-driving. Plenty of sunlounges and shade on the beach. Baht100.00 for the day per sunlounge.. Plenty of food and drink options along the top of the beach, which I would say are generally safe to eat! Water is crystal clear and warm, no rubbish on the beach or in the water...

    Nice quiet part of Phuket away from all the noise but near enough to get to quickly. Lots of small boutique restaurants, beach was clean and accessible. Just a very pleasant stay if you're looking for some family time without the hussle and bussle of the crazy busy areas!

    Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket.

    Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket. There really is little argument on that score. As a "village/town" is don't have too much going for it as the road through the central bit is very busy and there aren't wide pavements to walk along. However, if you are willing to overlook this then you will find some real gems in and around Surin Beach. There are some really fabulous Thai restaurants and some amazing beach vendors. Some of the beach huts (not all!) would get Michelin Stars in my book. Cold beer, smoothies, fishcakes and satay are what holidays are made for. I would quite like a house there on the cliffs if I won the lottery.

    Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

    Clean sandy treelined beach with local stalls selling various food and drinks. Sun beds and chairs/loungers available to hire. There are a couple of beach bars at one end but lacks cafes and bars. Not much happening once the sun goes down as local area lacks decent bars and restaurants outside of hotels. Most of Surins nightlife is focused along the busy main road. We had intended to stay 4 nights but left after two.

    Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location, two minutes walk to Surin Beach. We had a swim up room which was great- very spacious and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - great choice of fruits, cereal and cooked food. Omelettes made to order were delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
