Very clean facility, we had a wonderful stay at this resort! The location is truly unbeatable – right on the beachfront with the most stunning views from morning to sunset. It was so relaxing to wake up and step right out onto the sand. The atmosphere felt peaceful yet lively, and everything was within easy reach. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience was just what we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a resort with an amazing beachfront location! ALL INCLUSIVE meaning breakfast lunch, and dinner were all served here. Food was good with a good selection and variety of options

Very welcoming staffs at the reception and restaurant. Mrs Hayet, Mr. Ali, chef Kurdi and the rest of the team. While checking-in, they upgraded our rooms to pool/sea view. We asked for late check out and we got one room till 6pm! Staff at the restaurant took extra care and prepared special gluten-free meals for my wife being a coeliac. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!!

Very calm, spacious hotel and spacious hotel rooms. No major disfunctionalities in the room. Breakfast with Variety of bread, pastries, fruit, jam, eggs, nuts, cookies. Different pools. Located by the beach. Towels from the hotel. AC and Internet worked well. Despite the location of the hotel not fair from an amusement Park, it was quiet, which I appreciated a lot. One could definitely relax.

Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards,

Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.

    The port itself is lovely to walk around if you are not afraid of being badgering shopkeepers or restaurant staff,shouting to you and also boat trip sales,it is the quiet time of year over there,but constantly pestering puts people off going anywhere.

    I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters...

    I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters to rent for me to get around where I want to go outside the hotel I was stuck in the hotel in my own company, the beach was too far for me to walk which I would have loved to go down to I love my seafront that was very disappointed. And also yes I will love to come back to the Port EAl Kantaoul.

    Everything was beautiful and nice. It was our wedding and we could have a shooting at the hotel and all the hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and full of variety, pool is amazing, beach is amazing restaurant bar is so good, The room was so clean and has a balcony very quiet and big. AC is perfect. We loved it so much we added one more night even though we had to go to another city after. Thank you so much and definitely see you next time :)

    I entered the hotel only to use their cash machine as ours next door wasn’t working. We had one more day/night in Tunisia and after seeing the hotel and experiencing their hospitality it was a must that we booked our last day here. The staff were so accommodating when we asked to see their room as we stunned with the decor and energy of the hotel. Ali & Rayet on reception were AMAZING! Thank you for taking care of us during our short stay!

    They upgraded us to an all inclusive, which was appreciated. The welcome was friendly and on a whole the staff were lovely. The facilities and comfort levels are not on par with a five star hotel, even in Tunisia.
