Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-type beaches and vibes; it is a bit shabby, and everywhere seems to be piles of rubbish and construction debris. The medina could use a deep clean to make it feel nicer. The people are friendly but very insistent, and most people (not shopkeepers) will go out of their way to help; it shows their kindness. If you are staying at a resort and have a bracelet attached, try to hide it when roaming around, as it attracts scammers and high-priced taxis. 2 to 3 days is enough. The constant scammers are quite annoying. Taxi's are cheap but insist it is a meter journey and sit in the front to see the fare. Cafes are good but check your menu vs bill. The room is clean 🫧, but to the reception was writed that the water stops in all Tunisia between 00-07.00. Also a plus is the fact that the bed 🛏️ lingerie was white and clean.
