The location is good, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The staff is helphul. The breakfast room is nice. The bed is comfortable.

The hotel was clean. The rooms cleaned every day, cleaning lady changed the towels, and put new bottles of water. The breakfast is incuded into the price and was also good. The staff was very friendly and attended to visitors' requests. We asked them for an extra blanket and they immediately brought it to our room. There was a good internet connection, an electric kettle with 2 cups, sachets of tea, sugar, etc. Two botles of pure 500ml water. In bathroom 2 body towels, 2 face towels and foot towel, 2 toothbrushes, 2 toothpastes, cotton buds, douche gel, shampoo, conditioner in a big containers. In the room, two pairs of slippers, shoehorn and a sewing kit. There was not a safety deposit box. We did not need it, therefore it was not a problem for us.

Staff , location , amenities were perfect.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Special thanks to the front desk team and housekeeping — always smiling and ready to help.

It is a very nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to the train station. The breakfast room was very nice on the top floor with great views.

The hotel location is near to the main train station Ankara Gar and also near to the Anitkabir park.

My stay was truly exceptional, defined by the luxurious comfort of my room and the unparalleled service from the hotel staff. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the high-end amenities, was curated for comfort and elegance. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, offering personalized attention and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. This hotel has set a new standard for excellence in hospitality.

Room was nice and clean. Room size is good. Staff very friendly. Price ok for one night. Parking free. Breakfast included. I do not want to criticise Turkish breakfast, as we are foreigners and have to adapt. Cannot expect a European ample breakfast. Certainly not for free.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—convenient and easily accessible, very close to the railway station and public transport, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is impressive—stylish, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. What stood out the most was the staff—exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

Location is excellent, close to city center and accessible by public transportation. Breakfast was good and had variety of options. The staff were incredible and their level of hospitality exceeded our expectation . Room was spacious and comfy.

The breakfast was filling with local foods and international foods. Not having a fresh brewed cup of coffee was my only disappointment. I am an avid coffee drinker, and not a fan of instant coffee. However, overall the breakfast was great and the location was prime. The location provided immediate access (as you walked out the door) to restaurants, shops, and minutes walk to the metro.

had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Ankara Kızılay. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of Kızılay Square, shops, and the metro, which makes it very convenient for getting around Ankara. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast had a good variety, and everything was fresh. Overall, it’s a great option if you want a comfortable hotel in a central location.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel stay is definitely repeatable!

Our stay at SARR TAC MAHAL HOTEL was mostly a pleasant one. The restaurant staff during breakfast was exceptional. Breakfast at the hotel is really worth noting for its large variety of items and freshness. It was a top-quality breakfast, which meant our days started off with a full stomach and a positive note. The housekeeping staff should also be applauded for their diligence, responsiveness, and politeness. Housekeeping really made an effort to ensure that everything was fine with our room. The location of the hotel is really great, and it is right on public transport routes. The hotel is close to Ankara Mall and some of Ankara's most important and culturally rich tourist sites.

Amazing location and amazing hotel. About 2 minutes walk from Sihhiyet metro station, which is one station away from Ulus-the heart of cultural Ankara. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff, I can't recommend it enough for a fantastic price. Thank You. If back to Ankara, I m coming back to Your hotel. Many thanks!
