The staff could not have been more helpful, especially the female receptionist and the owner. I'm currently on a cycling trip and ran into some mechanical problems but unfortunately the parts could only be obtained from Ankara. The owner of the hotel arranged for someone to pick up the part in Ankara and take the overnight bus to deliver them the next day here. I was overwhelmed by their kindness and helpfulness.
Also the burgers in the attached downstairs bar were excellent!!
