The gentlemen at the desk were absolutely great! They answered all of our questions and when we were working out directions to a restaurant, they called the restaurant who sent a car to lock us up! It wasn’t far, but there were a few twists and turns. My husband and I would have got lost! I googled directions to walk home, but a young man there insisted on walking with us. He’s a Uni professor- we really enjoyed chatting. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and our suite was large and bright, with sun streaming in as we sipped coffee in the morning. (Coffee makings in the room)

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The room felt fresh and clean, and we had a beautiful view of the sea from the window. Breakfast was outstanding — everything was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. What touched us the most was the warm and thoughtful hospitality: we were kindly offered coffee, and our son received a lovely storybook as a gift — such a sweet gesture. We left with the warmest impressions. Highly, highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

    Stuff are so friendly and professional and easy check in though it was at 23:00.there is available free parking. The room decoration has its own taste and spacious, with welcome plate of fruits is a very friendly and nice approach. Location is great and breakfast was very nice. Definitely I would re-book again their during my visit to Tuzla-Istanbul.

    More or less everything was okay and the price was adequate. Nice big room with a decent view. A good car parking (although I did not use it). A bit away from the downtown but close to where I needed. The personnel was really helpful or at least tried to be (at least on the reception). There was always enough tea, water, sugar and coffee (although 3-in-1) in the room.
