The breakfast was excellent. They are the masters of fresh fruit juice and their crepes are delicious. The location is perfect for nature lovers, as you are surrounded by green bushes, baobab, monkeys and a beautiful view of the sea. You are not far from great diving spots (DiveTime Zanzibar Dive Center is wonderful) and Jozani forest. Ask for Suleiman to drive you around.

The place is absolutely amazing! The views are spectacular! The owners - Gianluigi and Nicola were absolutely amazing hosts! Very accommodating and care about the guests' needs. The Staff members Sharon, Jacqui and team were also very friendly and caring! Experiencing the sea during low / hide tide was the highlight of our stay. Being able to walk into the sea during low tide was absolutely insane to experience! My experience was amazing! The location was perfect with beach access, blue waters, and was so relaxing. The villa was perfect and had so much privacy, my own pool and rooftop to watch the sunsets, while having access to everything else. The staff and food were amazing. It was the perfect getaway! Highly recommend

Juana villas is in a very quiet place in Makunduchi. No one bothered us on the beach!!!The view from the villa is amazing, very close to the ocean (directly on the beach). The ocean was beautiful and warm. The breakfast was awesome, such a variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some nice recommendations of activities. The pool was great. We loved our room, well cleaned everyday. Everyone ensured that we had everything we needed and provided excellent service. We definitely recommend this hotel! Location is also great because of Paje and Mtende beach which are close by.

We stayed one night at Salida Beach. It is located a bit outside of the centre of Kizimkazi. By scooter, it takes you around 5 minutes to get to the main road and the main beach. The room was perfect. Every room has a little balcony or a terrace. It was superclean, the waterpressure was strong, and there was even a mini-fridge in the room. The ventilator is very fast and in gerneall the room was very well temperatured, no AC necessary at all. The wifi was stable and fast. The place has a generator, so there are no problems with powercuts. The area of Salida Beach is quite big, with a lot of trees which keep the place cool. There are some sunbeds directly at the coastline on the small cliff over the water, where you can watch the sunset or just relax. There is also a hammock. There is no sand beach, but stairs lead you down to the ocean if you want to swim, which I highly recommend, especially if it is high tide. The breakfast is out of this world. Everyone gets a big plate of fruits, then the eggs as you want them with guacamole and bread and 2 pancakes. For drinks, they had coffee, tea, and a very very good juice. There is the opportunity to have dinner at Salida Beach as well, but we did not try that. The staff was super friendly, they welcomed us, showed us the place, and were helpful with all our questions. We will definitely come again😁
