We've traveled several times to Annapolis and enjoy the town. We had the opportunity to spend time on the water this trip with a pontoon rental as well as an electric boat rental. Sadly the Naval Academy was closed to visitor's due to COVID19; no trip is completed without a walk around the academy.
I love Annapolis! It's such a beautiful city. The sights to see, the walks you can take for pure enjoyment, the people are very kind (most of them), there are plenty of things to do. A lovely city with lovely people & accommodations. I wish I could stay much longer. If I could, I'd move up there.
During COVID, use the bathroom in your hotel often. NO public restrooms available. Not sure why... Quiet local mornings, walking/boating tourists during day, medium-loud evening crowds. Lots of food and shopping choices, great time to visit USNA.
Outstanding features: the tour of the US Naval Academy, the boating / yachting facilities and the restaurants. We went off-season and I imagine that Annapolis would be even more attractive (though quite expensive) in the the spring, summer and autumn. We only stayed 2 nights; OK for a winter break but 3 nights would definitely be better for a warm weather visit.
Lots to see, great restaurants, great mall. But be prepared for the traffic. Prepare to spend big if your taste leans that way. Aviance is awesome. Annapolis actually is broader than it appears - extended neighborhoods have different names and varying cultural and historical diversity. So much rich history, Naval Academy a plus.
I love Annapolis every time I visit. It is a very special place with lots to do. Tour the Naval Academy, walk the streets of historic Annapolis, visit the craft breweries, eat in any of a wide range of restaurants, shopping, sailing. The Christmas parade of boats was truly wonderful.
I have stayed here several times now, and I don't want to book anywhere else. The hotel is the perfect, and most reasonably priced option in the Annapolis area. The rooms are always clean and the staff truly makes you feel welcome. The staff is quick to cater to any of your needs including special requests (i.e late checkout). In close vicinity to the mall this hotel is in a great location. I would definitely recommend to a friend!
We stayed here because of its proximity to Anne Arundel hospital. It is also within walking distance of Annapolis Mall, many restaurants and theaters. It is also within easy driving distance of downtown Annapolis. The facilities are beautiful, and the room was spacious and immaculate.
The photos don't do it justice. The place is charming, the room was big and the staff is lovely. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely recommend it for a charming stay in Annapolis.
Good atmosphere in lobby, cool, locally oriented room decor, nice assortment of drinks and snacks offered in the small shop in the lobby, very conveniently located
During our trip we visited many hotels in the USA . Reception staff were nicest at this hotel.I liked everything about this hotel.
The price, comfort, convenience and friendliness of the staff makes this the hotel I stay in everytime I go to Annapolis.

Amazing location, good clean room. Easy to walk to town. Would fully recommend.

It's an old motel but it was perfect for a night or two. If you are looking for The Ritz this isn't it. It's just a nice little motel.
