The Hampton Inn Bryant offers a fitness room and indoor pool, just 15 miles from downtown Little Rock. The guest rooms have a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was beyond your standard continental breakfast, we LOVED having a ceiling fan and a thermostat that you could control and it was very clean
Benton appears to be a growing metropolitan area. We only stayed there one night during each of the past three years but did drive to the Kroger store each time to buy gasoline. For us, Benton is the half-way point between our home in Alabama to our daughter's home is North Texas so it's not really a vacation stop over.
Benton is a safer alternative for travelers than Little Rock's south west side. It is worth the extra 15 minutes of travel. The exits from I-30 are oddly placed though and the on ramps are counter intuitive.
It has a lot of good eating spots. I ate dinner at Colton's which is similar to Texas Roadhouse. Also, there was a Apple bees, a Walmart, and a host of other places within good proximity of the area.
Benton is a pleasant place but this Motel was not pleasant at all it was awful and I would recommend people to come back to bend but don't come to this Motel whatsoever is not worth your money your health or anything truth is the place needs to be shut down cuz it's worn out the ceilings are coming down there's holes all over the place they've got bugs they can't keep things running correctly the pictures that they have the hotel is not even the real hotel but y'all ask me about Benton not a bad place at all it's just that place.
We stayed in Benton because it was a last minute trip to Magic Springs and it wasn't too far from the amusement park. They have a really cool recreation park (Riverside Recreation) that includes inside pools for $5 per adult and $4 per child.
Did not stay long enough to explore everything Benton and the surrounding area had to offer. Perhaps next time. Does have a nice dog park. We are at the Dixie Cafe and enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
Cheap. Easy off/on freeway. Close to restaurant. Very basic which is all I wanted.
