Great location to stop for a night, particularly for tourists travelling between NPs like Arches + Canyonlands and Capitol Reef or Monument Valley. Nicely arranged room with wood furniture and nice hand-made decorations. Very good, non-standard breakfast!

Beautiful cottage inside and out. Beds & linens very nice and comfy. Cottage is well appointed and even offers some condiments and a well stocked kitchen of utensils and most anything you could think of needing in order to eat or meal prep. Love the heated floors in the master bath!! This place was perfect for us and our guest from Australia! We used the cottage as our start and stop point on our daily adventures and were very pleased with our decision to try this place.

What is there to complain about? This met my our needs perfectly. The hot tub was nice and spotless. We were able to hit I think 6 national parks and this was the perfect homebase for it. we will definitely be booking with them again!

Convenient, quiet location, visible from, but off the main highway. Older property but well maintained with a family atmosphere. Attractive grounds with plenty of grass and trees.
