The LARK was definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and one of the, if not the most client-oriented! I had briefly mentioned that I am going to be spending my birthday in Bozeman when staying there, and on arrival I found out they have upgraded our room to the suite without additional charges! There was also an adorable hand-written note and a bag of huckleberry popcorn waiting for us in the room :) The suite was wonderful, spacious, comfortable and clean, I'd easily stay there for a month. I am sure the room we were supposed to stay in is wonderful, too :) The hotel staff was welcoming, kind and supportive all the way through, it was a pleasure to communicate with them! We had a small hiccup with the valet service, but the hotel immediately refunded the valet charge when the issue was resolved, not a second of hesitation. Overall, I cannot imagine a more people-oriented and worth-the-price stay in Downtown Bozeman! We'll definitely stay there again!

Bozeman is a great place to spend a little time, worthy of more than a single night. The historic downtown is loaded with incredible restaurants, breweries, and bars as well as great shops. I also highly recommend a trip to the amazing Museum of the Rockies at Montana State University.

Charming town during this summer visit and for a cyclists from CA these calm drivers and roads were refreshing and inspiring. The MSU mentality of excellence by design, planning, and investments has influenced the spirit of the city with the systems and attitude. I met meany people from abroad which I hadn't anticipated--Poland, Romania, Nepal, Virginia, Jamaica. Other enjoyable connections were the city library, the 1904 Andrew Carnegie Library building (now a law office), Museum of the Rockies with awesome dinosaur exhibits and other important exhibits important to this region--Native Americana struggle, train system photos and documentation, local artists, .... Meeting people and questioning them by far was most favorite part of the trip. Artists, athletes, doctors, Mt. Everest Photographer story of Lila and the men climber Bishp house with Dali Llama blessed flags waving forth peace to our world, peace to the innocents of our world. One can only wave but wave we must especially fromt he peaceful town of Bozeman. lf I was/were nineteen again, Bozeman and this college town would certainly be on my list of places to consider as I looked to my future.

Bozeman is a nice little town with a greatly served airport.

Bozeman is a nice little town with a greatly served airport. Not worth at all to visit Bozeman unless to use as the gateway to the Yellowstone park. A terribly expensive town for tourists, abusive, with very expensive hotels, excursions, car rental and even the downtown restaurants. Car is necessary, otherwise there is the Streamline bus public transport system, which is free but pretty limited in terms of town coverage and schedule. Despite having a great airport tourists without car are forced to use Uber etc, as they charge as much as they can (~$50 from the airport to downtown with Uber!). Food at restaurants and pubs is good but overpriced. They offer a great selection of local beers. Gift shops are overpriced and mostly selling made in china/montana customized gifts. The Museum of the Rockies is great, mainly for the dinosaur skeletons, but overpriced ($20/adult), and the planetarium show (at additional $5) is badly narrated. The best part of the town is walking from the Lindley Park to the Peets Hill and Burke Park, amazing at the sunset! The M trail is wonderful, offering an astonishing view!

Very clean and welcoming with everything provided including a breakfast. Close to the airport and a lot more fun than a Hotel. Nice big towels and comfortable bed. The welcome book had many restaurant and activity recommendations including the Soup and Grill in downtown Bozeman which hit the spot. Good strong Wifi.

Everything; location so close to downtown Bozeman, retro style motel from the 50's with parking right at your front door, beautiful rooms, great front desk, and at terrific price. Loved the whole ambiance. Reminded me of family trips years ago. And a coffee shop on the premises, so no drive to start the day.
